The Law Offices of Shanna J. Palmersheim is a virtual law firm specializing in estate planning, corporate/business law and non-profit law.  I started the firm in 2014 with the goal of providing high-quality legal services in an accessible format.  I generally meet with clients via the telephone or video conference, although I am occasionally available to meet in person by appointment only. I communicate with clients between meetings via email or telephone.  I also provide each client with a secure online portal so you can share confidential information and I can upload your documents without security concerns.
